I'm planning a Gower bass quest on Sat/Sun 21 22 Oct (which I hope is not too late in the year). Any expert advice or company welcome....! Paul. PS My line tray I bought for the trip to Denmark is niftily designed as it doubles as a landing net.....so far with only a few large Baltic garfish to christen it....and which TT could hardly believe I was bringing back for the better half....indeed she said don't bother next time.

I will try and come with you on one of the days, problem that time of year not so much a bit late..there should be a couple hanging around..is how clear the water is, but we could judge that nearer the time. Glyn

Cheers Glyn , crab sticks ;D ;D ;D that one cracked me up , but it did remind me of a time when i was out on the boat after cod , me and my mate had taken a load of sausages out to cook , well after dropping one on the deck my mate decided to bait this up and chuck it out for a go , i could not stop laughing until he started to get a bite straight away reeled it in , a codling , about 2lb amazing ;D as for the crabs i think they are about 80 pence each , maybe more if you can get them , crazy. Tight lines. Dai.
