Youre right TT, completely misunderstood the plan. I think one night away from the pub would be bearable, apologies for the misunderstanding. Scope for a pre trip drink in Cardiff then......

Sorry guys I've lost the plot a little with the changes of venue etc. Have you still got myself and John Clarke down? If so, do we need to do anything re booking accommodation? I should add that we do still want to be included. Thanks,
Mike

TT - will your 'social worker' / 'probation officer' be attending to maintain some sense of discipline? Or.......................... are the rest of us going to be responsible for your behaviour? You've got your work cut out I'm afraid! ;D I'll try and behave, but can't promise anything! However, it's not me you should be concerned about! We'll have Dai and Daz on the rampage Have you ever seen Neath boys on tour? it's like Ibiza uncovered! Why do you think that I've found us a base far from civilisation! The yocals won't know what hit them ;D TT.

Thanks TT. Do I need to do anything re our accommodation for the Saturday night ? Mike Hi Mike, I've just confirmed the booking. We will be staying here: www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk/Tourism/Brynbachparc.htmThe accommodation is set within a park, which closes its gates at 4pm and leaves us in charge of the keys ;D The accommodation is set in 340 acres of park-land, and the bunkhouse is overlooking a 36 acre fishing lake Here are more details regarding the bunkhouse, although slightly outdated, allegedly. www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk/Tourism/bunkhouse.htm I have confirmed the booking and will cover the 10% deposit myself. Further to that we can either collect the payments in advance, which would be best as then the booking is confirmed for the booked numbers. Or, we can pay on the day. Because there's a group of over 14 going to be present, we get a 10% discount! which is nice of them. Cost per night is: £12 - £1.20 (discount)= £10.80 each. Bedding is extra at £1.20 a night, or you can bring your own for free! I will need to know who requires bedding. Hope this all sounds ok to everyone. In addition, you may like to note: "A separate fully fitted kitchen with lounge/dining area complete with colour television, video and sky are available as part of the accommodation." There's our fly-tying room! and I don't mind cooking for us all, should you all have health insurance. TT.

Have received the booking confirmation, and have covered the deposit so the weekend is sorted (ish).
We cannot have anyone withdrawing from the weekend as 14 places means that we get the 10% discount, if anyone pulls out now then it will mess up the math!
Total cost is: accommodation: £10.80 + £1.20 bedding (optional) fishing: £5x2=£10
This equates to £20.80 or £22, depending on whether you would like the bedding or not.
1. I will need to know who would require the bedding - it needs to be pre-booked.
2. I will collect the money in advance, which will make life a lot easier and assure that we have got the accommodation' cost covered - the accommodation cost will be non-refundable, for the fairness of all involved.
Please send me a PM stating whether you would like the bedding or not, then I will sort out details of where to send the cheque to etc.
Here’s who’s down for the weekend:
Sewinangler Medicine Daz Cullster TT Hoppy Tuniwes Durk P.Dunstan Dangler John Clarke Diawlbach Tigermoth Springwell
Thanks. TT.

So steff are you going to keep me right as i have never fished for grayling before . How long of a stick do i need and should it be very pointed or best left blunt. And do i need a butterfly net like you have or will one of our lass's old stockings and a coat hanger be alright. Steve told me to tie some small flys about 6/0 useing bright pink chicken feathers , but to be honest i think he is telling me porky pies as they seem very small to what Hoppy told me. Norsy.
