I thought you may be interested in this link to Neil Dalrymple who is a ceramic sculptor and member of our angling club - with the infuriating habit of regularly taking the cup for the best fish each year! www.neildalrymple.comI know this is not an “advertising” site, but Neil’s game fish are so wonderful – and far from cheap- that I thought they may indeed be of interest to those of you who feel you have everything. I have nothing to gain personally from bringing Neil to your attention other than if I can get him really busy he may stay off the river long enough for me to out fish him one year. All the best Highplains

They look absolutely superb Highplains, a work of art. Would be nice to create a bespoke piece from a momentous catch.

I have had a long time interest in 'Wildlife Art' and I have seen examples of Neil Dalrymple's work in numerous exhibitions and they are truly superb.
There was an example on the Grayling Society stand at the recent British International Fly Fair - a pair of grayling surprisingly! - and the detail was awesome.

My mate has one of Neil's sea trout and it is indeed superb which is often not the case IMO when it comes to sculptures, pictures or cased fish
Phil's sea trout is spot on.He knew exactly the size, look, colour & body position he wanted & that's what Neil did for him.Its truly stunning and I am insanely jealous. This was his "long service" award from his work and has a lot more presence than the naff clock I got !
His wife refuses to dust it and a very sensible girl she is too !

This is most interesting, I have sculpures of all the game fish that I fish for , but not grayling, I have searched high and low without success, maybe, just maybe, my luck is in, thanks, Pete
