I have just discovered that the long awaited CCW Report on Canoe Access has been published.
Title: Managing Recreation on Inland Waters in Wales: A Review of Approaches.

It is a sad reflection on our great debate with 'those in authority' that yet again it is on the canoeists website that I find information relating directly to fisheries interests. Perhaps not important to some people, but of concern to us.
