That's so 'FAT' coming from the EA.
Q: Is the netting Illegal?
Q: What have they done and what do they intend to do to clarify that?
Reality: It's no more than about 100 yards wide in places and they do have a craft available for patrol, having spent over £20 K for it.
Reality: "No Enforcement Officer dedicated to the Dee"
Possibility: "Office bound EA employee, (mmmm wonder what department he works in?) I know what we'll do boss, well get them nets shifted by releasing this document to the Daily Post, wink, wink!!
