Chware teg, elwy.
Especially when the hero of the above epic wrote pleadingly (not to mention transperently flatteringly) to me in 1981 or 1982 (I still have the letter), saying how much he had liked a series of magazine articles that I had written about my near-ten-month-long, first Indian fishing trip, several years earlier. I made the man with a permanently broken-down motorbike and other stuff a personal friend (and recommended him to my friends, here and elsewhere). Well, that's fishing...

But was he not "the only man that could ever move you"?

But was he not "the only man that could ever move you"? Rather the other way round, Simon. Those who know me often comment on my terrifying mental and physical energy - I am bl00dy relentless! Whatever. The last from me here (or anywhere, web, press or print), this one, sea-trouters - as was this one of mine yesterday on another forum: p081.ezboard.com/fbarbelfishingworldfrm50.showMessage?topicID=90.topicHoppy: When the new Waltham book comes through, mail me and I'll forward you a cheque and a mailing address. Tight lines, fellas. Mine, I assure you, quietly and totally anonymously now, will continue to be... All the best to those of you who deserve it, Paul Boote

Wasn't really impressed with the programme at all, too much chat not enough fishing!
Didn't look too hard at the hotel!
