Once again...it seems the EA has backed down and given into the minority commercial fishermen on the estuary who have demanded and been by all that appears stated been given the bye that they be allowed to flout byelaws.

its about time the EA were reigned in by a Parliamentary Select Commitee on Fisheries and not the NAW as it seems totally incapable of ordering a directive.
Dafydd Evans and Alan Winstone should have their PRP reduced immediately.
