Happy Birthday Paul I was going to buy you a Hardy Angel...Or something like that!! But the boys said don't bother....you probably already got one ... ;D ;D ;D DAZ. Actually Daz - I don't, so that's very generous of you! I assume we're talking rod and reel here - 10', 7 wt a snip at £629 and the matching reel - a steal at £389. Excellent! Can't wait but I hope you won't keep me waiting until Christmas for a line - don't like Hardy lines though so could I have a Cortland Blue Intermediate instead? You're a great bloke Daz - I've always said so - brilliant tyer, great bloke, one of the best - cheers! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

MHR from me too! Back to the Danish trip, I met the head of Danish cricket yesterday (Peter Klokker) who lives and fishes on Funen. He says that the beautiful out-of-the way place with the cross on the point some of us visited was a great spot. I told him we only managed some garfish, codling and flatties! Have there been reports of any sea trout caught since we were there? Paul A.

Happy Birthday PaulD!
You'll be glad to know i didnt blank on Rutland - only just! Its easier fishing the sea - in fact i can drive to the sea quicker than boating from the south arm to the dam!
See you soon!
