Many Many Thanks for your kind words. I must say i'm looking forward to Friday big time. Please note that i'm getting married outside the fishing season! I'll be visiting the states on honeymoon, any advice as to what is good value for money out there on the fishing tackle front? Finally may i take this opportunity to wish all memebrs of the forum a Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda. A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Cheers Aled

Best wishes to you both for your future... and thanks for the festive season wishes... we wish a great one for you.
Don't forget though to start work on your 'deal' for the shooting/rugby and fishing seasons :-)
Would be interested in your findings on 'good buys in the USA' as I'll be there in February skiing, as a wrinkly I'd better ski North America before everything wears out :-)

Good luck Aled. Remember if you're getting married in the morning you'll have time to get a couple of hours grayling fishing in if you're sharp!

the day i got married me and my bestman went pigeon shooting at 1st light and we got really carried away in just getting there on time , we got changed in a stubble field and had baby wipes to give ourselves a rub down, when the my wife held the ring and put it on my finger there was pigeon blood inbetween my fingers and the vicar could not take his eyes off it ;D at the dinner my best man during his speach said he and i had been shooting that morning and i had told him i wasnt going to waste a full day. .......all hell broke loose and he was booed off ;D

Got some minutes i need to get rid of..... Hoppy was looking over a bridge of the river running through Ocho Rios in Jamaica and i'm telling yooo maaan there were 5 trout in that stream, grayling none but some trout....They had a strange almost salmon parr colouration but they were without a doubt members of the salmo family! Nice one (and no i had not had a spliff despite being offered loads of ganja!). Right two more days afloat then home good luck guys will catch up properly next week. Cheers Aled
