Does anyone have any experience with the Sage 1600/1800 ranges of reels? They look good value on the surface, and my old Intrepid Rimfly is screaming......for retirement....(the first time it has screamed for a while ) W&S

Hi woodcockandsewin ;D Funnily enough I had this dilema last season. I retired my rimfly in favour of the Sage working on the principal that with Sage being the 'Skoda' of the tackle tarts equipment One season later its performance is fine......but don't be expecting the screaming and vibrations like the Rimfly as Sage havent quite got there with this product yet ;D ;D ;D VFM....indeed
