My winter project (bar tying flies) is to make my first rods. PaulD gave me a blank last year and i will get around to having a go. However im after a 4 piece, 10ft 4 or 5 weight rod, with a fairly fast action. Im looking for a good quality blank at a reasonable price. I have browsed the Harrison site, but cant find what im after.... Im hoping to stay away from Sage etc, and go with something different? Any ideas? Hoppy

Shocker's advice on Sparton is worth a phone call as i think they make 10#4/5 rods themselves, and may know if harrisons have something not on their website. A guy in Builth Wells does blanks & also Lathkill - not sure of exact person/'s BB
