Lovely reel, but even at it's lowest setting the check is too tight, any one know a way of loosening it ?

Hi moose007 ;D Only one way- find one mother of a tourist and let it drag you back to the estuary ;D ;D ;D ;D If that don't cure it buy a new reel- or maybe someone got the technical answer on the forum  |

Hey moose I know i put a 'lighter' slant on it but it looks a blank on the tech side. I would suggest in all seriousness to give it a go though as you will find more ST have been lost to a drag system being too slack than too tight. Obviously if it is BAD then refer back to Greys and query its apparent stiffness  They should be only too happy to deal with a customer enquiry |
