I have got some braid which has a protective coating on it which you peel off to expose the braid,i am thinking of using an 18" length of this with a small D ring attached and needle knott it to my fly line,i can then attach my leaders etc to this,mainly for floating and intermediate line work,just thinking it will be very tough and hard wearing,any opions would be appreciated...
