hi lads
our fishing friend ian "WHO HAS JUST TAKEN UP FISHING THIS YEAR"
got a pleasant surprise this week,the jammie git recived a letter from trout and salmon magazine saying he had won the salmon tackle competition.
£2,500 yes two thousand five hundred quids worth of salmon fly gear,he was grinning like a cheshire cat,
salmon rod seatrout rod reels spinning gear and clothes ect.
jammie git or what ,hes a lovely lad and it couldnt have gone to a nicer guy, "WELL ME MAYBE"
i never do these competitions but i think i may start, as ian says you have got to be in it to win it,

I shouldn't encourage people to enter as the odds'll go against me, but the prizes really are there to be won. I won a whole stack of Stonefly bags and flytying kit last year from a mag I only bought for the first time that month, excellent return on a few quid. .
