I would like to point out the extremely good service I have just had from Orvis. I broke one section of my Orvis frequent flyer .... returned it on the Monday received the whole rod back with the replaced section on the Friday. No questions asked, no proof of purchase necessary, just a copy of an email I sent explaining I had broken it was necessary
Excellent, thoroughly recommended.

PS I have no connection with Orvis what so ever, in fact both rods I have were bought in the US not even the UK

Orvis are renowned for their service - and rightly so. Whether buying new tackle from them or if you have a problem - they are unsurpassed. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
