Docket left by postman this morning saying theres a package for collection at PO, Im presuming its my chest pack from USA, it says that there is a £14.25 customs charge to be paid, has anyone else been charged this or have I been done ?

My William Joseph 'Solo' arrived last Saturday - well I had to go up to Towcester PO to pick it up - £12.80 in charges.
Me thinks that Customs & Excise are rapidly wising up - a year or two ago it was rare to be caught for duty but now it's to be expected.
