Hi I'm looking for a No.8 floating weight forward flyline which tapers into an intermediate tip of about 12ft. If anyone is currently using a line of this type any information would be great.

I use a Cortland 444SL, 8wt, Ghost Tip for a lot of my fishing - they come in two sorts 15ft and 5ft clear sinking tips - I have the 15ft version. (it's possible that the 5ft tip is only available up to AFTM 7.)
I like the line a lot, particularly the clear ghost tip - a nice line to use.
I've checked and Rutland Fishing have the 15ft and 5ft versions available in WF8 at £42 +£1.50 p&p.
