I see the EA have listened to the 'comprehensive' evidence being provided by the Clwyd federation to lift the 'fly only' rule in October! Perhaps lessons do need to be learned about 'careless talk' with regard to discussion with the EA as the 'fly only in October' rule was a rule that the federation suggested not fought against when it was first introduced. Can some explanation be given as to why the Clwyd is the only river other than the lower Wye with this restriction on October?
