Put me down for a tenner. I suppose it would not be a good idea to give it to Steff next time I am on the Teifi?
Never fished the Towy, must try it some time. May I suggest that in the rules the word fish is replaced with sewin? Or are we counting salmon?

Dear Reeco, Moonshadow et al, Put me down too....cheque in post. Paul A. PS On the length-prize thing three questions...is a lamprey to count as a fish (who dares wins), what flies do you use to catch the fabled Towy sturgeon, and how long was that (digitally enhanced and thereby, surely, to be disqualified) fish-finger of TT?

Might I just suggest that all Towy anglers and especially those who are members of the C.F.F. take five minutes to read through the campaign for the protection of Welsh Fisheries thread on this forum. I am sure, you will also be appauled at the approach of one of the senior members of the Federation in his obvious attempts to discredit the campaign and his personal comments made about the organisor. I personally would not be happy to have such an individual leading any federation I was a member of, I would call on members to seek an apology from CFF and from your from your committee due to his total lack of respect to Welsh anglers generally.

Having been the lucky winner of this last year, I thought I would alert this side to the following lot. Hi Gethyn Like to offer the following as LOT 2Day Bass fishing for two. This will entail a days bass fishing afloat out of Swansea. I will supply all the rods reel tackle bait etc, along with tea and coffee, you supply your food. The day will consist of drifting with live baits such as sandeel mackerel. Also some lure fishing shads etc and a bit of trolling. This day is very dependant on the weather and I will only go out of port if it is in my opinion, safe to do so. The boat is 24ft in length, three year old, will cruise at 25 knots has safety gear fitted as standard, and we can travel offshore to chase the bass. If we can get the weather right it will be a great day. This will be your day if there is a style of fishing you want then we will do it as long as it is legal. The date will be to suit you anytime before June 14th or after 29th June 2008. Look forward to welcoming you on board, so good luck with the bidding which will end midnight Saturday 3rd May 2008 Moonshadow seatrout.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=215&page=12to place your bids!!
