I am so sorry I couldn't make the trip guys - unfortunately my alcohlic foul mouthed twin brother who can't fish to save his life stole my passport and went in my place - I hope he didn't misbehave. Never mind I hope to join you all next year.
Despite what Blackbob posted I think your brother is cool. Excellent driver, wit and raconter. Just a slight tendency to go one a little about garfish.

A Big thanks to Hoppy for organising this trip. Sorry we didn't actually catch up but never mind... All in Cabin 124 had a great time, truly excellent! We fished, drank and fished again! Denmark was brilliant and the people were wonderful. We will be back for certain! Our party did manage to land 2 Sea Trout over the weekend but unfortunately, neither of them were more than 4 inches in length!
Incidentally, we nipped out on Saturday afternoon to watch the FA Cup final in Middlefart for couple of hours...only to get back in 'bladdered' at about 4.40am on the Sunday!.....What a great little spot!
Once again, thanks for a great idea! Imagine how good it would have been if we'd been catching!!!
All the best,
Greg and the unoffical bretheren.

i did get this image of Steffan casting a rather unique and puzzling odd shaped loop..... ;D I was (obviously) trying to create a loop that accentuated the contours of the ship! TT.

Cracking laugh guys, have taken some very memorable experiences from the trip. Thanks a lot Hoppy for organising the trip, much appreciated. Thank you to Peter Jensen and Lasse Karlsson for coming to meet us and for giving their time, information, and sharing their knowledge so freely. Really great to meet you both, you are true ambassadors for the sport in Denmark. Also, congrats to Lasse with the casting comp, he had the Danish champs on the Sunday and did very well. Thanks to Lee for giving up his time so freely and teaching people to cast. It's a truly awesome experience to watch someone of his calibre (and Lasse') casting, a whole new world. Thanks to the guys in the digs for their eternal wisdom ;D wisdom that I think innapropriate to share on the forum ;D and anywhere else for that matter! Norsy for his superb cooking - you won't starve with Norsy around!! Steve and Norsy for their banter, they are just superb to be around - they should be on stage! Ian for the 11 hours company on the bus, and chats that I will never get tired of - and for being my team partner in the Danish Codling Champs. ;D You're a gent mate. Lee 'I don't snore' for his piss-taking and banter. All in all a pleasant trip. Until next time... TT.

Here are a couple of photos from the 'cast-off', which bemused non-fishing onlookers residing at the complex. Superb to watch, and great to listen to the banter between them. Lee in full swing, check out the compression 3 casts, that's all they had to make it happen. And they were regularly throwing 115ft! that's with a 5 weight rod! they're not human. TT.
