Have just got round to thinking about repairing a small leak in the waders, in the past I have had Rubber/pvc or neoprene so this hasnt been a problem with reference to using patches and aquasure etc, but with breathables whats the proceedure, can it be done, if so what with ? Took em to work last night and filled with water located the leak, its a tiny bit on the stitching around the RRRs area, Any advise here will be very welcome, dont fancy forking out a wodge for some new ens just yet. Cheers, SMW

I have breathables and I have used Aquasure on the inside of the wader, where the hole is. I haven't had any problems and the leaks have remained fixed.
cheers

STORMSURE My breathables sprung a leak on the sole of the neoprene foot through wear and tear last season, which i thought would be impossible to fix, however i picked up a tube of stormsure from celtic flycraft smeared it over the damaged area and like magic it completely sealed it. I have used it on other areas of my waders since and every time its solved the problem

I have to say that Snowbee's UV wader repair gel is brilliant - I've made some repairs which have lasted years (despite looking a bit pants).
A quick spear on the inside and a dab on the outside, expose to sun and fish on...

Well thats it, dead easy, off into Mc Hardys whilst up at the promised land for the match today, get some repair stuff and do a bodge up job on the old belly wellies. The hard bit is only buying the repair stuff and not coming away with a wodge of tackle/flytying stuff. Jesus I can feel the earache that im gonna get coming on now thanks for the advise.
