I'm fishing in France where maggot is strictly forbidden for trout and sea trout fishing. Would it be be efficient to put small worms on a Secret Weapon single hook instead of maggots.

To be fair i really dont think that tipping the single with maggots makes a massive difference, where it is allowed. I have seen spinners with worms attached but im sure its more effort than its really worth. However it may be worth a go if all else fails and if its legal? Hoppy
