I'll back Rio, the best pair I've owned were Hardwear stockingfoots, lasted 3 seasons before leaking. In the last two seasons I've gone through about 2 pairs of breathables and 1 neoprene.
I wouldn't buy expensive waders, as mentioned, barbed wire and heavy brambles/thorns have no respect.
I'd go Hardwear/Ron Thompson.

i bought a pair of simms g3 on ebay from america in an ebay shop called "the evening rise".they cost £150 plus £20 pounds postage they where then stopped by customs who charged me £30 pounds vat so £200 pounds all in for the best pair of waders i have ever owned.I fish for sea trout in salt water around strangford lough in northern ireland and no other waders seem to take the punishment the simms product can

Don't go near Ron Thompson Neoprene Waders. I had a leak on one of the boots over the weekend, the rubber boots are ridiciously thin. Out with the bicycle repair kit to repair them. Another pair gone by the wayside. Neoprene, Breathable they're all crap.
