Wouldn't it be great if one day the manufacturer/distributor said "Sorry about that the problem is that the thing is basically rubbish...here's your money back".
Never happened to me yet.

and here was i thinking about getting one for next season i think i,ll stick with my battenkills and nautilus ,s all though i could do with a new real in the 8 weight mold any ideas

My reel arrived back from airflo today and the drag works perfectly, smooth and progressive and about 540 degrees of control,-nice! it cost nothing to repair, so presume it was just a simple problem. I did ask them to tell me what was wrong with the drag but they sent no message back with the reel-surprise ,surprise! Anyway can't grumble, lets hope it doesn't let me down when I get that 20 pounder on. Will keep you informed!

Tried out the t7 today,and it worked perfectly, no overruns and maintained an even drag-am looking forward to getting a salmon ,just to see how it performs then.
