Just wondered if anyone could help.
Currently working abroad - I wonder if anyone has seen any chest wader discounts advertised recently in the UK press.
Hoping to buy online.
Nothing worse than buying a product and seeing it advertised in a sale a few weeks later (well I suppose there are a few things worse than that).
Thanks in advance.

I think John Norris in Penrith are still doing Scierra Waders and Boots for about £130.00. I bought some last year and they seem pretty good so far!

Snowbee are having their clear out.
If you're abroad then it might be better to buy there rather than pay the daft duty and British prices.
Ebay has some decent bargains as well.

I bougth a pair of snowbee wading boots their didn't last 2 minutes before they fell apart spent most of last season glueing the soles back on them.
I don't know what their waders are like, a cheap pair of waders to buy are a pair of hardwear but you get a bit damp in fast running water as you will with most cheap breatherable waders.
I suppose you get what you pay for.

Having compared a lot of wader prices recently its safe to say it would be far better for you to order from the U.S.A as they are half the price over there! rip off britain ::)typical SG

From ebay, search for simms waders and then go to international sellers, theres usually a few pairs listed, i negotiated mine with a 'buy it now pair' to include postage to uk, cost exactly $260 so £130 there abouts, however i was lucky and dodged customs! mind you that would only have added 20 quid or so... I bought a pair of vision fly waters+boots for £130 from Harris sportsmail-I've read elsewhere on the forum that they're of reasonable quality..not sure about the boots supplied though.
